I asked Toy Automotive to take a look at my high-mileage Highlander. After a complete check, and an affordable oil change, they had only a couple of minor suggestions. Both recommendations were reasonable. No high pressure at all. What a relief! You should try Toy Automotive.

Went in for a multipoint inspection on my high-mileage Toyota. Toy Automotive recommended a couple of necessary, but not urgent, repairs. No high pressure here, which was nice. Just a thorough inspection and a fair report. I will go back for future servicing of my Toyota.

This is the first time I have ever been to an Auto Mechanic Shop that they didn’t try to ” Upsell” or add and fix things that were not broken. I took my “OLD” 2004 Toyota Tundra into Toy Automotive after I could not get the truck started with a complete list of what was wrong, Thinking I needed a NEW starter and wiring ( Very Expensive) only to be 100% wrong. After a complete system diagnostics they discovered it was a quick and easy fix “Positive Lead Corroded”. (How did I miss that)? It was corroded after connection to the battery. ( Still, how did I miss that)? I also received a complete inspection with “minor” things that may or may not need fixed at my discretion. All fluids filled / checked along with tires checked. Toy Automotive literally saved me 100’s of dollars I will never go to any Toyota Dealership again.

I asked for a quote on tires when I made my oil change appointment. Tristan provided the quote and review of my tires made during the appointment and let me know that my tires still had several months of wear left (no pressure to buy tires when they weren’t needed yet). Also had an estimate on a leak they found, but was told they would watch it and let me know when it became serious enough to fix. Very satisfied with their service and help.

I LOVE this family! My Highlander was having crazy issues and the mechanics were diligent in figuring out the problem. They charged me a fair price for my problem child car. Good trustworthy people! Thank you Toy Automotive! I will be back!

My wife and I take both of our Toyotas here and appreciate the care and service we get. Mechanics who know what they are doing, a clean lobby and always a great experience when dealing with this family-owned establishment! We are happy to give them our business.

Highly recommend. We take our 2010 RAV4 and our 2020 RAV4 here for service and they are awesome. Honest and reasonably priced. Recommended to us and we recommend to others. First choice for service.

Only been there 3 times, but very impressed with their service and prices so far. Cleaning under the hood is a nice touch, and 3 yr/36k mile warranty speaks volumes to their commitment to quality work.
